Hi all :) Since I'm pretty sure nobody else is going to be driving from Corner Brook to St. John's for me to catch a ride with (ten hour bus ride will save me about a thousand dollars in plane fare... yup...), I was wondering if anyone else will be arriving at Logan airport on the 1st and would like to share cab fare into the city? I promise I don't bite. I'm going to try to catch a fairly early plane, so I should be there by noon-ish. (subject to the whims of Air Canada, of course.)

Anyone driving in from Toronto?

Driving from northeast Indiana, could pick up anywhere along route if not to much of a detour.

Boston to Toronto after Worldcon. My buddy, the wonderful Australian horror writer Stephen Dedman, and his wife Elaine, are flying into Boston for Noreascon, but then coming up to Toronto AFTER the con to stay with me for a few days. Anybody driving home to Toronto after Worldcon who would like a couple of people to share driving chores and expenses with? Here's a chance for someone to pick the brains of a very talented and successful horror writer for an extended period ... :). Let me know, please! Many thanks!

Greetings, Everyone! I'm looking for a potential ride from "The Garden State" of New Jersey. I currently reside in Franklin Park (although that could change any time now...I'm in the process of getting ready to move), but either way I'm still gonna be here in "Joisey!" I could take a train and meet someone in, say, Newark (Penn Station), Princeton, New York (Penn Station)...or even take a bus or two to meet someone, if necessary! Here's hopin' I "connect" with a "drivemate!" I'd planned on arriving at the "con" that very Thursday...

Hi Canada people, My boyfriend and I will be traveling from Waterloo (near Toronto) for the con and I'm considering driving, but as I'm not a very confident driver I'm hesitant about driving in Boston itself. Also I doubt I can afford the parking fees (very very broke here). If any of you guys who're leaving from Toronto can help with the cash and have had experience driving a stick shift, I have room for up to three people... alternatively, if someone's giving a ride from the Toronto/Waterloo-ish area, we'd be interested in catching a ride.

My mum would like a ride arriving before noon from Reading MA to the Sheraton on Thursday, Sep 2; and again from the Sheraton to Reading rather late on Monday, Sep 6. Preferably w/o pop/rock music on the radio... Can anyone help?

Hi Ken, Kat, et al, I too am looking for rides to and from the Toronto area. Hey fellow Ontarians! If we band together we can rent a mini-van! I can't help with driving, but I can provide cookies (home-baked), conversation, navigation, songs, shoulder rubs for tired drivers, word games, and general good cheer and company. I am, of course, willing to pay my share of any auto rental charges, gas, and tolls. I'd prefer to leave Wednesday night and come home Monday night, but I can be fairly flexible with respect to travel time.
